As our valued business partner, we would like to announce to you the upcoming TrueMoney system-wide upgrade happening in Q4 2020 to Q1 2021. This enhancement was done to drive transactions in an all-in-one platform that’s faster, more reliable, and more secure than ever before.
Introducing the TrueMoney NegoApp, ang all-in-one negosyo partner mo! Here are some key features and benefits we have in store for mother wallets and sub wallet agents:

In line with this, we would like to inform you ahead of time to expect changes by December 9, 2020 on the allowed channels/devices performing TruMoney Transactions. The TrueMoney portal and G8 POS Terminal devices (keypad) will all be shifted to the app as these channels run on a legacy platform which lacks the capability to handle security and compliance upgrades as well as our upcoming features, products, and services.
Details on the expected changes for each device/channel are as follows:
– For your mother wallet / master-agent portal access:
- Your portal access will receive a prompt detailing to you to shift the access to an app
- Access to the portal will be shifted to app and all future use/transactions must take place in the app
– For your sub-agents using the old app version:
- Your sub-agent frontliner will receive a prompt with instructions on how to access the new TrueMoney NegoApp.
- Access to the old version of the app will be shifted to TrueMoney NegoApp and all future use/transactions can only be done with the newer version
– For your sub-agents using the portal version:
- Your sub-agent frontliner will receive a prompt with instructions on how to access the new TrueMoney NegoApp.
- Access to the portal will be shifted to the TrueMoney NegoApp and all future use/transactions can only be done with the newer version.
– For your sub-agents using the TrueMoney N3 Android POS terminal:
- Your sub-agent frontliner will receive a prompt with instructions on how to update the software version that will run on the same device.
– For your sub-agents using the Legacy TrueMoney G8 POS terminal:
- Your sub-agent frontliner will receive a prompt with instructions on how to access the new TrueMoney NegoApp.
- Access to the G8 POS terminal will be shifted to the TrueMoney NegoApp and all future use/transactions can only be done with the app.
Please ensure that you as the mother wallet / master-agent user and your sub-agents are ready and well-equipped on or before December 9, 2020 to avoid any inconvenience. The NegoApp system version can run on:
- Basic android phones
- Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher and 1.5GB of RAM or higher with sufficient internet connection. Download and installation instructions will be provided on December 9, 2020.
- N3 devices (touchscreen)
- Automatic device update on December 9, 2020.
- Automatic device update on December 9, 2020.
