Paano Mag-Receive or Mag-Domestic Remittance Cash Pickup sa TrueMoney NegoApp?

Gusto ni customer na mag-receive ng domestic remittance from your TMN Center? Follow these easy steps upang ma-verify si suki at ma-process ang transaction safely and without hassle! 

Step 1 

Pumunta sa iyong NegoApp Home page/screen at i-tap ang Domestic Remittance icon.

Step 2

From the options, i-tap lamang ang Receive money option. 

Step 3

From the provider list, i-select lamang ang TrueMoney.

Step 4

In the next screen, you will be asked to Locate the Transaction by entering the Padala Code. Click Continue

Step 5 

Ipapakita sa iyo ang Transactions details ni Sender, and you will be asked to enter the mobile phone number of the receiver. Ilagay lamang ang mobile number ni receiver, then click Continue. 

Step 6 

Makakukuha ng OTP through SMS ang receiver and will go through eKYC process kung hindi pa nakapag-eKYC noon. Otherwise, they will receive an OTP through SMS. Ilagay lamang ang 6-digit code sa OTP Verification field.  

Note: Ang OTP via SMS ay valid lamang for 3 minutes. Huwag i-share ang iyong ID, password, PIN & OTP to anyone. TrueMoney and its employees will never ask you to share these. If you didn’t request this, call 0277189999.

Step 7 

In the next screen, kailangan lamang i-confirm ang payment. I-double check kay receiver ang mga detalye gaya ng name / mobile ni Sender at receiver’s mobile number.  

Step 8 

Kung successful ang payment, an online receipt will be generated na naglalaman ng details ng transaction gaya ng Txn ID, Sender name and mobile number, Receiver mobile number and Total amount. 

Note: Makatatanggap ang customer ng SMS transaction slip. Maaari rin i-email ang resibo sa customer by pressing the “Share Receipt” button mula sa TrueMoney NegoApp. 

Kung ikaw naman ay naka-N3 device, maaring ma-print ang notification bilang transaction slip. Kung tayo naman ay naka-app, maaari tayong mag-install ng bluetooth printer at magprint ng resibo”.
