NEW EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE IN THE NEW NORMAL

One of the biggest changes in the hiring process during the new normal is the switch from a face-to-face to an online interview. I initially felt that having this process done entirely online takes away the chance to form a more meaningful connection with the company you might be working for. I then realized that at the end of the day, what matters is how well you are welcomed and accommodated. Even better, I find that an online hiring and onboarding process is far more convenient and cost-efficient. 

In the past, I have witnessed people settle hesitantly into their roles despite the passion to grow elsewhere. At this point, I formed the belief that even when the pandemic has created physical limitations around us, we shouldn’t let it curb our chances and capabilities as well. 

I’m lucky to have online resources available to me, which I utilized to find exciting opportunities to improve my well-being.


With courage, caution, and a goal in mind, I explored different possibilities that led me to TrueMoney. Their hospitality certainly made a difference during these uncertain times.
