WORKING IN THE NEW NORMAL

From strengthening our core policies and procedures during this pandemic, keeping the business abreast with the most recent trends in financial technology services, to taking care of our partner agents and employees– these are just some of the improvements and learnings we’ve experienced within our organization as we continue to discover new heights in this industry.

My experience with TrueMoney Philippines has been a breeze. I have been sourced, interviewed, and onboarded virtually, which kept me safe at home for the entire hiring process. The communication was smooth and straightforward right from the negotiation stage up to retrieving my work tools on my first week. My Recruitment Manager, Allen, was friendly, honest, and transparent during our discussion on the expectations for both sides. He was also welcoming, as with the rest of the company. 

Coming from an industry where there is much pressure to stay on top, I have come to appreciate how TrueMoney Philippines made it known that I am making an impact in the organization and that my experience is highly valued. 


I am genuinely grateful to be part of a dynamic group with game-changers and team players. I realized that being confined in our own spaces will not hinder the growth of everyone in the team.

Despite the remote work setting, we have found ways to effectively communicate and resolve differences and challenges. Efficient company tools and platforms make it easy to engage and collaborate. It’s certainly no trouble for me to extend support to my team and build rapport with other people in the company. 

Even amid all these changes in the industry, workforce, and work arrangements, I am TRUE-ly glad to have joined TrueMoney Philippines!
