Send Money to a Non-TrueMoney Wallet account

You can send or transfer money to other TrueMoney Wallet users and to anyone with a mobile number! 

Send Money to another TrueMoney Wallet account: 

1. Tap the TrueMoney Wallet app and log-in.

2. Press Send Money.

3. Type the mobile number of the receiver. 

Note: You will see the name of the receiver if he/she also has a TrueMoney wallet account. 

4. Enter the amount and a note (optional). Tap Continue.

5. Review the transaction details and tap Confirm. 

Note: You can cancel the Send Money transaction if you have not yet tapped Confirm. Just press the Back button and you will be taken to the previous screen. However, if you already  tapped Confirm, the transaction is irreversible. 

Send Money to a Non-TrueMoney Wallet account: 

1.Tap the TrueMoney Wallet app and  log-in.

2. Press Send Money.

3. Type in the mobile number of the receiver. 

    Note: The mobile number should be verified as a non-TrueMoney Wallet account.

4.  Type the amount, first name, middle name (optional), and last name of the receiver.

5. Select relationship with receiver and the purpose of transaction. Press Continue. 

6. Review transaction details and tap Confirm.  

7. In your receipt, a padala code will be generated. Forward the code to the receiver so he/she can claim the padala.

Note: The padala may be received through TrueMoney Centers. The receiver must present the padala code and a valid ID to be verified to claim.
