Good news!

Ikinagagalak naming ibalita na available na ang Local Government Unit (LGU) Payments service sa lahat na TrueMoney Centers!

Sa ngayon available ito sa sumusunod na LGUs: 

  • Manila
  • Parañaque
  • Cauayan City
  • Makati City
  • Trece Martires
  • Carmona
  • Tanauan
  • Kawit
  • Dasmarinas

Maari nang mag pa-bayad sa sumusonood na serbisyo:

  • Real Property Tax (RPTAX)
  • Business Tax (BTAX)
  • Local Civil Registry
  • Occupational Permit / Health Certificates
  • Community Tax Certificate
  • Ordinance Violation Receipts
  • Notice of Violations
  • Business Permit Licensing

Magkano ang transaction fee ng LGU Payments sa TrueMoney?

The total amount to be paid by the customer is inclusive of the service fee, kaya hindi na kailangan mag dagdag ng convenience fee

Paano gawin ang LGU Payment transactions sa iyong NegoApp?

Sundan ang steps na ito: 

  1. I-press ang Bills Payment button sa homescreen ng iyong NegoApp. 
  2. I-tap or search ang “Government” sa payment category  
  3. I-tap or search ang Provider “LGU”
  4. Ilagay ang LGU reference number, mobile number, at amount
    1. Ang amount ay dapat eksakto sa amount nung ginerate ang REFERENCE NUMBER
  5. I-verify sa customer kung tama ang details
  6. Press Confirm

Success! Makakatanggap ng SMS ang customer galing sa TrueMoney. 

Ano ang LGU Reference Number? 

An LGU Reference Number is a unique 10-digit code generated via the LGU Website that allows customers to pay securely for their transactions. Please take note that LGUs have a 3 day or 72 hour reference code expiration, the customer must be able to use the code within the expiration time limit. 

A reference number can only be used once.

Paano ang customer mag-generate ng LGU Reference Number?

Sundan ang steps na ito: 

  1. Pumunta sa LGU website at i-register ang inyong account
  2. I-select ang “E-Government” at piliin ang “Transaction Type”  
  3. Ilagay ang detayle ng transaction at valid ID
  4. select “Pay Now” at piliin ang “TrueMoney” this will generate a unique reference number
  5. I-save ang “Reference number” 
  6. Pumunta sa nearest TrueMoney Center then the Agent collects the reference number and process the transaction
  7. User gives the payment to the Agent and receive an e-receipt from TMN 
  8. User waits for an SMS confirmation from TrueMoney after successful transaction before leaving the store

Reminders: 

  1. Maaaring tanggalan ng LGU Payment service ang mga TrueMoney Agent na tumatanggi sa customers o  naniningil ng karagdagang convenience fee. Ito ay nasa agreement ng TrueMoney at Multisys.  
  2. Available ang service sa LAHAT ng TrueMoney Centers. Kung hindi makita ang “Government” sa inyong Negosoyo app, i-update lamang ang app sa Google Play store o sa mga N3 devices i-restart lamang ang device. 
  3. Siguraduhin na may laman ang inyong TrueMoney Wallet.

**More details on the Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT)

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requires Top Withholding Agents to withhold 2% from the supplier of services. 

By virtue of BIR Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 11-2018, ‘Amending Certain Provisions of RR No. 2-98, as Amended, to Implement Further Amendments Introduced by Republic Act (RA) No. 10963, Otherwise Known as the “Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN)” Law, Relative to Withholding of Income Tax’, Section 2 (I), Income payments made by any of the top withholding agents, as determined by the Commissioner, to their local/resident supplier of goods/services, shall be subjected to the following withholding tax rates: Supplier of goods – 1%; Supplier of services – 2%
