GCash Campaign Advisory

Promo Mechanics:

1. This program is open to all TrueMoney partner agents with GCash Padala service who will transact during the promo period December 1 – 31, 2022.
2. All Agents with GPadala transactions are automatically qualified and will get a chance to get an extra incentive based on ranking or with the most number of GPadala Transactions. Cash Incentives are as follows;

3. Issuance of incentives will be instant fund in via Rule Engine or credited to Partner Agent wallet via Finops if rule engine is unavailable 

4. The announcement of winners will be via TrueMoney PH digital channels (Facebook, InApp and SMS notification).

5. All fund-in prizes are not convertible to cash.

6.Only e-wallet GCash transactions that are successfully processed during the promo period are counted. Transactions that were successfully processed but later reversed due to cancellation or erroneous entry will not be counted.

7. TrueMoney PH reserves the right to disqualify the participants from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated this promo mechanics and other existing policies.

8. TrueMoney PH reserves the right to withdraw the cash and fund-in prizes even if the prize has already been deposited or credited. TrueMoney PH reserves the right to debit any cash reward credited from TrueMoney PH Partner Agent’s wallet. If wallet balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be debited at the time of reversal, TrueMoney PH reserves the right to debit the balance not reversed when Partner Agent’s wallet balance is sufficient.
