Good news!

Ikinagagalak naming ibalita na available na ang SHOPEEPAY CASH IN o ADD MONEY service sa lahat na TrueMoney Centers! Maari nang mag-cash In ang Shopeepay users sa TrueMoney.

1. PALAKIHIN ANG KITA 

Libre ang Add Money transaction para sa suki at kumita kada Cash In transaction, 0.4%* ang kita mo! Kada ₱ 1,000 cash in ₱ 4* ang kikitain

2. PALAKASIN ANG NEGOSYO 

Madalas mag-Add Money o Cash In ang mga ShopeePay Customer! Higit sa 2x kada buwan! 

3. PARAMIHIN ANG CUSTOMERS 

Ang ShopeePay ay isang Digital e-Wallet ng kilalang ecommerce company na Shopee Philippines. Libre kay customer ang  pag-Add Money kaya siguradong mas marami ang pupunta sa inyong tindahan! 

*Ang kita sa bawat ShopeePay CASH IN transaction ay napasailalim sa Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT)** deduction 

Paano gawin ang ShopeePay Add Money transactions sa iyong NegoApp?

Sundan ang steps na ito: 

1. Select “ShopeePay” Button sa Homescreen ng inyong Nego App.
2. Ilagay ang 10-digit Payment Code na galing kay customer then click “continue”
3. I-verify ang details at Cash In Amount then press “Confirm”
4. Success! May makakatatanggap ng SMS confirmation si customer from TrueMoney.

Success! Makakatanggap ng SMS ang customer galing TrueMoney. 

Ano ang ShopeePay Payment Code? 

Ang Payment Code is a unique 10-digit code generated via ShopeePay in the Shopee app that allows customers to Cash In securely to their Shopeepay account. Please take note Shopeepay has 6 hour payment code expiration, the customer must be able to claim the code within the expiration time limit. 

Paano ang customer mag-generate ng Reference Code via Shopee App?

Sundan ang steps na ito: 

1. Open your Shopee App, Go to ShopeePay Wallet and select “ Cash In”
2. Piliin ang “Payment Center/eWallet” as payment method
3. Choose “TrueMoney” as payment partner
4. Enter the Cash In amount and press “Pay Now”
5. Confirm your registered email address the click “Pay”
6. You will receive a Payment Code valid for 6 hrs.
7. Go to the nearest TrueMoney Center. Ibigay ang Payment Code, Customer Mobile no at Cash Payment.

Reminders: 

1. Maaaring tanggalan ng Add Money service ang mga TrueMoney Agent na tumatanggi sa customers o  naniningil ng karagdagang convenience fee. Ito ay nasa agreement ng TrueMoney at Shopeepay.  
2. Available ang service sa LAHAT ng TrueMoney Centers. Kung hindi makita ang Shopeepay sa inyong Negosoyo app, i-update lamang ang app sa Google Play store o sa mga N3 devices i-restart lamang ang device. 
3. Siguraduhin na may laman ang inyong TrueMoney Wallet.
