Paano Mag-Cash Pickup sa Cebuana Lhuillier Using Your TrueMoney NegoApp?

Follow the steps below para tuluy-tuloy at hassle-free ang iyong transaction.
Step 1
Pumunta sa iyong NegoApp Home page/screen at i-tap ang Domestic Remittance icon.
Step 2
From the options, i-tap lamang ang Receive money option.
Step 3
From the list of providers, i-tap lamang ang Cebuana Lhuillier.
Step 4
You will be taken to the Locate transaction screen. I-enter lamang ang Cebuana Control No. at iba pang Recipient Details then tap Continue.
Step 5
I-verify ang Amount at ilagay ang Purpose at Relationship to sender then tap Continue.
Step 6
You will be redirected to the OTP Verification screen. Ilagay lamang ang OTP na ipinadala via SMS. Customer will go through eKYC process kung hindi pa nakapag-eKYC noon. I-click lamang ang Continue after mag-eKYC.
Note: For security purposes, kailangan ang OTP in order to start the eKYC process.
Anong information ba ang kailangan sa eKYC process?
Bukod sa iyong basic information like your Full Name, Address, Birthdate, Birthplace, Gender at ID Type, you will be asked to upload the front and back of your ID and your signature.
Step 7
You will be taken to the Receiver information screen. Make sure na ilagay ang lahat ng mga detalye about the receiver at i-click ang Confirm once done.
Step 8
Kung successful ang payment, an online receipt will be generated na naglalaman ng details ng transaction gaya ng Txn ID, Sender name and mobile number, Receiver mobile number and Total amount.
Note: Makatatanggap ang customer ng SMS transaction slip. Maaari rin i-email ang resibo sa customer by pressing the “Share Receipt” button mula sa TrueMoney NegoApp.
Kung ikaw naman ay naka-N3 device, maaring ma-print ang notification bilang transaction slip. Kung tayo naman ay naka-app, maaari tayong mag-install ng bluetooth printer at magprint ng resibo”.
