Promo Mechanics
1. This electronic raffle promo is open to all clients who will pay their bills with a minimum amount of Php 500 through the TrueMoney e-wallet consumer app or at TrueMoney centers nationwide.
2. Promo will run from July 20 to September 15, 2022. Clients with the corresponding transactions are subject to earn raffle entries:

3. There will be 4 raffle draws, with the following prizes:

4. All qualified entries during the promo duration will be drawn on the following dates at the 28F The Podium West Tower, 12 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.

Prizes shall be drawn under the supervision of the assigned representative by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
5. All qualified clients can win ONE TIME only during the promo period. All non-winning entries in the 1st month draw can still be used in the succeeding draws.
6. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of getting more than one raffle entry will NOT qualify.
7. For TrueMoney e-wallet consumer app users, promo is applicable to unique and valid TrueMoney accounts only. Multiple transactions made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
8. All clients must update their personal information (e.g., name, address and active mobile/telephone) in their transacting TrueMoney partner center & e-wallet consumer app account as this will be the basis of the marketing team in sending the registered mail and SMS to the winners.
9. TrueMoney Philippines is committed to respecting and protecting your data privacy rights as a data subject in accordance with RA 10173 (“Data Privacy Law of 2012”), its implementing rules and regulations and other applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 10. A TrueMoney Philippines marketing representative will reach out directly to the winners’ mobile number or email address for prizing claiming procedures.TrueMoney Philippines may also send a registered mail to the winner’s registered home address.
11. Announcement of winners will be shared thru TrueMoney Philippines’ official Facebook page and website.
12. TrueMoney Philippines shall not be liable if the winners did not receive the registered mail or SMS notification due to outdated personal information.
13. All winners will only have sixty (60) calendar days to redeem their prize upon receipt of the notification via email, mobile number or registered mail. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of TrueMoney Philippines with prior approval from DTI.
14. By joining this promo, participants agree and allow TrueMoney Philippines to disclose and publish their names and photos for the announcement of winners.
15. All employees of TrueMoney Philippines Inc., Ad/ Creatives Agency, PR and Media agencies and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
