Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring server and network activities.
    • Monitor server uptime.
    • Monitor server disk, RAM and CPU usage.
    • Monitor network uptime.
    • DB restoration for BI server (daily)
    • Monitoring of report tracking (daily)
  • Support for all productivity software, hardware and network to be used in the company workplace, including but not limited to laptops, phones, printers, network, cctv.
    • Onboarding presentations.
    • Processing of work tools release and return forms.
    • Provide remote assistance to non-office based employees (phone, chat, team viewer)
    • Setting up network connections in the company and ensuring that all the desktops are connected to the main servers
    • Provide support for L3, BizOps, Business Intelligence, Product server SQL queries
    • CLT Support (Call Center)
  • Maintain the assets inventory of the company, including but not limited to: OS Licences, Phones, laptops, servers, sim cards, email accounts, printers.
    • Processing of work tools release and return forms.
  • Manage the Onboarding and Offboarding process
    • Deployment of work tools
    • Creation of accounts (email, MDM, spoors, active directory, NGUCC and etc.)
    • Checking of returned work tools
    • Disabling accounts (email, MDM, spoors, active directory, NGUCC and etc.)
  • Processing of Billings
    • Spoors
    • WaveCell
    • PLDT
    • e-PLDT
