Ano ang Diskartech Reference Code?
AngReference Code is a unique 13-digit code generated via the Diskartech app that allows customers to add money securely to their DiskarTech account. Please take note Diskartech has 24 hour reference code expiration, the customer must be able to claim the code within the expiration time limit.
Paano ang customer mag-generate ng Reference Code via DiskarTechApp?
Sundan ang steps na ito:
- User logs in to the Diskartech app
- User selects the “Cash In” icon on your home screen and then the TrueMoney logo
- User enters the desired amount and select “Continue”. This will generate a unique reference code
- User goes to a TrueMoney Center then the Agent collects the reference code and process the transaction
- User gives the payment to the Agent and receives a printed receipt or e-receipt via email/screenshot from Agent
- User waits for an SMS confirmation from Diskartech after successful transaction before leaving the store
